By popular demand, we are adding this content page to attempt to recreate the  popular "Dr. 'T' Unplugged" sessions that allowed UF students and KW real estate professionals to ask any question on any subject and get a straight answer - unedited, unfiltered, and unrehearsed. At UF and at the request of students, he frequently held these sessions in student organization meetings, classrooms, individual counseling sessions and his popular "Adulting" class. In his businesses, and at the request of KW associates, he visits KW offices and holds similar conversations.

Dr. Tufts warns readers that the comments, ideas and thinking here are his and his alone. He is direct and to the point. However, he draws upon his 45+ years of business experience, his dedication to a lifetime of learning, his vast network of mentors and teachers, as well as his 8+ years of teaching and advising UF students to provide opinions and thinking on a wide range of topics.
